We process ISP feedback loops (FBLs) in real time. When a recipient marks an email as spam, that address is automatically added to your suppression list and will never receive another message from your account. Accounts with complaint rates exceeding industry thresholds receive automated warnings and may be suspended pending review by our compliance team.

Each message addressed to one recipient counts as one email send. Sending a single message to 100 recipients counts as 100 sends. Bounced messages still count toward your monthly volume.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. All new accounts receive 10,000 complimentary email sends during their first 30 days. No credit card is required to begin. The trial includes full API access, SMTP relay, analytics, and compliance monitoring.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?+
You will be notified when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. Overages are billed at a per-thousand rate displayed in your account settings. You can upgrade your plan at any time during the billing cycle.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?+
No setup fees and no long-term contracts for Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise plans are available on annual contract with custom pricing. All plans can be cancelled at any time.
